Rejuvenating Yin & Yang Saturday Morning Class
Warm up your body and mind with a yin practice, before transitioning into a gentle yang practice to get your body moving as we ease into the weekend. A balancing practice suitable for everyone.
Stephanie Bovis's intentions as a yin yoga & meditation teacher is to provide a safe environment to allow her students to explore the depths of their being. Her restorative classes combine yoga postures and meditation tools to create a sense of ease in body and mind. HeloiseLaHarpe offers a versatile musical universe and will interpret the flows of the practice with her instrument, to create an immersive sound, mind & body experience.
